Who is Jake Muller?
Jake Muller has been all over the world and seen plenty of strange things, but everything he believes is challenged when he finds a girl, standing on a frozen lake in Upper Michigan, dressed in jeans and a t-shirt with no footprints leading to her — not even her own.
But getting the girl to the hospital doesn’t mean she’s out of danger. Government agencies and mysterious Men In Black are closing in, and Jake Muller is beginning to take it personally.
And he’s got a few tricks of his own…
The adventure of Indiana Jones meets the intrigue of The X-Files in this new series that takes audio drama to a new level.
The Jake Muller Adventures begins with a question: “What should a Christian have to do with… ?”
In the first adventure, titled “Unidentified,” Jake must reconcile his beliefs in UFOs and extra-terrestrial life with what he sees before his own eyes. This will also lead to a greater conspiracy that will weave it’s way throughout the early stories.
The second story, titled “Blood,” will take Jake into the vampire culture that is so popular these days. For some it is a matter of dressing in black and acting weird. Others take it to extremes and indulge in dangerous, and violent behavior. But what does blood mean to a Christian?
Following that Jake will enter the world of zombies in “Undead.” Another will deal with “Ghosts.” A secret cabal (more on that in a moment) will be attempting to create a clone that will suit their needs, and the source of genetic material will be a surprise- and invite controversy and/or paranoia in the best possible way.
In each story what he knows will be challenged and his faith will be put to the test.
And before you think that Jake Muller is all action, action, action, the first story will also set the stage for a reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Ariana Rogers. Their development will be both humorous and poignant, but even more, it will be honorable. Jake lives on adrenaline and testosterone, but he is also chivalrous and charming.
The Jake Muller Adventures will be presented in 4 half hour episode arcs. Each action-packed episode will end with a cliffhanger that will be picked up in the next episode.
There will be a greater story that is international in scope, and involves a cabal of politicians, artists, businessmen and religious leaders who are attempting to desensitize society to monsters, aliens and demonic elements so people will be willing to accept the leader of their new world order. They will be revealed slowly through the first three or four stories, but will make a larger splash in the fifth or sixth.
